Backyard Paver Patio Installation With a Curved Seat Wall and Fire Pit

Outdoor Transformations installed a backyard paver patio with a curved retaining wall, built-in bench, and fire pit for a homeowner in St. Augustine, Florida. The project started with clearing the existing sod and prepping the yard along the back of the home's screened lanai. We then set a paver patio that wraps around the back corner of the house and laid a curved paver path out to a matching seating area, where an L-shaped retaining wall doubles as a built-in bench around a square fire pit. The wall and bench are finished in a tan and gray stone-look block that ties back to the patio pavers.

 The layout gives the family two connected outdoor spaces, a patio off the house and a separate fire pit area at the back of the yard, both finished in the same materials.
